Baker Erin has been making dairy-free, egg-free baked goods since 2018. Hoping to be able to replicate every favourite sweet treat with the best vegan version, the beloved hobby has grown into a word-of-mouth business. Each reaction of "I can't believe it's vegan!" has encouraged her to continue baking.
